  I needed to set up my phone so I called the Verizon store at Northgate. I really lucked out. Shane answered my call and advised he was available right then. I went to store and Shane helped me set up phone, worked through questions I had. Shane is very helpful, courteous and knows his stuff really well He has made a repeat customer out of me. So if you need phone help or a new phone, consider getting in touch with Shane at the Northgate. He will do you right and make sure you are happy. Thanks.

  They were so helpful and helped me fix my phone in seconds! Farook was so professional and nice to me. They wereny pushy and gave me all my options up fromt. I will be buying a new phone here next time!

  Another great experience at Verizon Cellular Sales at Northgate! My husband and I went in to upgrade our phones, and Lamar was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient with all our questions. We left with new phones that perfectly suit our needs. We have done business with Verizon Cellular Sales at Northgate a number of times over the years, and we have always been very happy with our experience. We will not hesitate to go back to Cellular Sales for our future cell phone needs. Thanks guys!
