  UPDATE: We closed our T-Mobile accounts. NO MATTER HOW MANY EMPLOYEES (OR THEIR FRIENDS) POST 5 STAR REVIEWS, IT WON'T MAKE UP FOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! This store is the worst! Everytime we come here there are issues. Misunderstandings or outright lies about what will be charged. No one can give a straight answer about the phones, or their quality (whether refurbished or not), and even transferring data from one phone to the next cannot be accomplished with ease. Second Durham T-mobile store that has made me want to leave T-mobile altogether!

  I regret not asking their names but the two associates were friendly, personable, and professional. They were both helpful, kind, and answered every question we had. They made getting a new phone and switching providers easy and did everything they could to ensure they got us the best plan and deals for our needs. They went above and beyond. If they should ever read this- thank you.

  The staff change their words every other minute. They checked my credit score without my permission. They are not apologetic for their actions. Becareful!!!
