  The manager steven as said In other comments is just a TERRIBLE EXCUSE for a representative of this company. I went to the store at the University Mall (right down the street) on South Estes and they were amazing. The manager and staff at that store make this one look like the authorized retailer and not the corporate store! AT&T should recognize this store is terrible and just close it down, or bring the staff from the South Estes store to run this one because I will never come here again!

  I don't hate AT&T. But this location sucks. I have visited here 5 times total in the past 1.5 years since this is the closest one, and they made me pissed of like 5 times. One time, I said to one of the greeters, "I am not stupid, I remember XXX said this." And later, one of the salesman told me, "I heard you are smart." What the f. First, don't talk behind (I know they were making fun of me telling a other guy the fact I did not say). Second, why in the f**king world you have to tell me this? Anyway, and they put my screen seal for iPhone so poorly. And they literally lie to you. I somehow believe that they think a small lie is a okay or something. I really mean that they lie to you very often.
