  The products and prices are generally good, but often the online listings and actual in store stock don't match (have stuff they say they don't, don't have what they say they do). In store help is rarely helpful and they aren't going to go out of their way to assist unless you get management involved. They will even refuse to do simple things like offer water cups if you request them, but don't want to buy a fountain drink with food at the in store cafe (unless the drink machines are broken, then they will). The Scan and Go app is pretty awesome though and for me makes up for the lacking in service as I can mostly bypass the employees.
