  I rented a laptop. I had issues with the laptop, they provided a loaner, they fixed it. When I was late they worked with me. When my 90 days was up and I missed it by a couple of days they worked with me and let me pay out as originally planned. Service has always been good in my opinion. The store smells like standing water and needs a thorough cleaning. The merchandise is presented well and the staff is friendly. They call enough to make sure that you don't forget to pay, annoying at times, but that also gives you a chance to be on time. I would purchase again and have referred to others.

  Please do not purchase anything from this store. They sold/bought me a sectional couch that was infested with bed bugs. Mirina and the assistant manager laughed when my husband and I went to straighten it out. I cannot believe that any business would have such rude person work in customer service and actually give her the title of being a manager. These bed bugs have bitten my six year old son. When I told Marina that she asked me did it take me this long to figure it out...yes sweetheart 30 whole days to figure out what was being caused because of what you didn't do. Rent a center will never have the pleasure of having my business ever again in no state or country. Of course she said the bugs were already in my house..The exterminator..the professional was 100 sure as infested as the couch was he was sure that it was like that long before it got here. As I lay in my house tonight unable to rest in the only place I supposed to comfortable at I am in awe of the treatment and disrespect. Alot of people go online and of course want to post something bad about a company but never want to say anything good...I would love to say something nice however it is not possible. This store is located in Durham NC on Miami Blvd. As I stated before please do not waste your time or money going here...I will be calling corporate office on Ms Marina tomorrow. Most of all I pray for her as you can not treat people this way and get away with it.....laugh in the faces of customers..not give them a chance to speak...God Bless you Marina is all I will say..you will need it in this life honey with your attitude and mentality. Signed the very uncomfortable customer as I lay in my bed next to my six year old son who can't sleep comfortably due to scratching from bed bug bites!! Thank you and your establishment for such horrible service. You really make Rent a center look good. I hope they realize how big of a liability you are to them before it is to late...Bless your soul...
