It's what you would expect from a traditional family paint store, knowledgeable, friendly staff that listens to your objectives and then makes honest, well-thought-out recommendations. I was amazed to find out how much they know about color. I guess it explains why their custom stain color matching is so much better than I have seen elsewhere.
