  I was having issues with my Surface Pro 3 and the newer Surface Dock. After a call with the Microsoft technical support, they suggested I bring the devices into my local Microsoft Store for additional troubleshooting. I made an appointment and am so glad I did. I use my device for work, and couldn't be without it to have it sent in. Nick really went the extra mile to make sure I was completely satisfied with my Microsoft products. You hear about Apple support, but I would recommend this experience to anyone. Very satisfied customer.
