  We bought a nice Sunview Firm mattress at this store on 6/17/2016. The service was very good and we were happy with the mattress. I was on business trip all last week so I did not sleep in the new mattress but my wife did. After one day sleeping in it she started having some bumps appearing. When I came back after 4 days she had her legs and arms covered with bites. Based on an expert who came investigate those are likely bed bugs tough he did not find direct evidences for it. He said it is not uncommon to have bed bugs in the truck that transport the mattresses. We called mattress firm who said they had never heard anything like that. They said they will send an expert. Here it is after 3 days we are still waiting for this so called expert and have called Mattress firm customer service numerous times to have this mattress taken away from us. We have been sleeping in our basement in our old bed. Meanwhile those little bugs are probably spreading all over the house. I will update this post when this story will be resolved. This is an unusual situation so we will see how mattress firm will handle it. So far it has been pretty bad after purchase service. Really bad luck on this purchase though. I just want this mattress out of my house. Update: Mattress firm took the mattress firm and we only had to pay for transport. We had to call for several days to get that done though. And now we have just found a shell of bed bug in our house... So this bed has likely contaminated our place...

  I went to the Mattress Firm because a friend's seven year old daughter had seen a mattress on TV and wanted to see it in person. I knew we would be needing a new mattress but hadn't started seriously shopping yet. Greg was terrific. He explained things in a way that combined actual scientific information about phase-changing materials, but also used language for the mattresses (firm, medium, and soft) that I could make sense of. I went to another store closer to our house when it came time to buy the mattress and the guy there just confused me with "plush" and "pillow top" and words that did not tell me what I needed to know. So we went back to Greg, who remembered us and spoke kindly of my friend's daughter. He was personable and kind to other customers who came in without ignoring us. The mattress was just delivered and the delivery guys were spot on time, got in and out quickly, and helped us get everything set up quickly, courteously, and with smiles. We haven't slept on the mattress yet but the purchasing experience was fantastic. A colleague who also bought a mattress recently paid less (not for the same brand) and the return policy was confusing. So we are VERY VERY HAPPY with the Mattress Firm, but really it was GREG. He made all the difference in our experience.
