  I've purchased several records there. Of the last pair I bought one was a Queen Album "Innuendo". I opened it up for the first time to discover it has a Neil Young record inside!!!! How the hell does this even happen??? Are they selling used records??? I returned the record today and they were extremely nice and understanding. I was given full credit for the purchase which I applied to a new purchase.

  Prices are SOMEWHAT reasonable, just depending on what you are looking for. Trade in's, you feel like you are a criminal getting interrogated. They find the smallest scratch, your item will not be taken in for trade credit but yet when you buy a used DVD, there are scratches. Regardless, the staff is pretty friendly and if you look hard enough, you will find some pretty rare items in their store that you can't find anywhere else
