  Avoid the "picture people." We worked out our whole day to get our 1 year old fed, rested and happy for our 2pm appointment. When we showed up, we found 2 families waiting and 1 family mid session. No one called us to cancel. I guess they expected us to wait around in the store for a couple hours+?! No respect for other people's time whatsoever. Edit: I complained to a manager. Their costumer service did call the next day to give me a discount for my trouble. So I'm bumping them up a star for decent costumer service after the fact.
