  Had a good experience at this location today. Friendly associates helped me pick out several dress shirts and a new blazer -- each with a great fit. I'll be back to shop at this location in the future.

  My son, his girlfriend and I entered the Southpoint Mall, Durham NC store on January 21, 2017 and experienced the worst case of prejudgement and steerage. My son is graduating with dual degrees in Math and Electrical Engineering and needed a quality suit for interviews for graduate schools. Jess, the salesman, saw us enter the store and turned away without acknowledgement. I had to call him over. When we told him that we wanted a suit, he immediately told us "Sorry, the regular price suits are too expensive at a price of over $900 and the remaining sale suits are not in his size." We were floored by his forward display of discrimination. We left that store and went to the Raleigh, NC store. The experience was totally different! My son was fitted and purchased a Regent $998 suit. I am taking the time to let you know of our experiences so you can use this message as an opportunity to properly train your sales staff. No one should make preconceived judgements about customers.
